Gjusta restaurant, a former machine shop in an industrial zone in the heart of Venice Beach, was converted to a new 5,000 square-foot restaurant, bakery, retail, outdoor dining patio with full line alcohol and on-site parking. City Land Use represented Gjusta throughout the entitlement process. Representation included multiple hearings, City and State lobbying, and an extensive community outreach campaign.
