The site is a level, rectangular, interior lot consisting of 3,389 square feet along the chic Abbott Kinney Boulevard. With a frontage of only 40 feet, the required on-site parking for this newly constructed two-story, 1,500 sq. Ft. building is accessed by a driveway from the back alley to a nine-car parking platform on the roof. An open kitchen compliments the tactile feel throughout the indoor-outdoor dining room that is designed with reclaimed flagstone flooring, repurposed mushroom cask wall cladding, and indoor planters.
