A proposed residential development of single-family homes on three uniquely shaped contiguous hillside parcels in the Hollywood Hills. LADBS Commission Haul Route Determination was held in Abeyance weeks before plan check was set to expire. City Land Use was retained to extend plan check and request reconsideration of Abeyance Determination. Our team successfully gained community support as well as the District City Council office and unanimous approval from the local neighborhood council and the LADBS Commission at hearing.
