Adaptive reuse project located Harvard Heights HOZ (Historic Overlay Zone). The integration of historic facades with new construction to create a mixed-use development that provides 70 residential units with ground-floor retail and code-compliant subterranean parking. Multiple hearing representation included local Council, City and State lobbying and extensive community engagement.
